About Us
Deanna Boras comes to Goldarama with an extensive career of over 24 plus years in customer service. She has been in sales for two major department stores in their jewelry divisions. In addition to this knowledge she has been employed in the insurance industry as a field adjuster and claims manager working heavily with property claims in the Pacific Northwest. She is an avid collector of gems and jewelry of all kinds and looks forward to serving your needs both as a current customer and service representative for Goldarama. While Deanna is based in Oregon she will also travel to other areas to assist with customer’s needs.
Benita, I enjoy seeing all the unique pieces of jewelry that come across our tables. I especially like the stories behind some of the pieces such as the items that have been chewed on by pets or accidentally run over. Talking about jewelry is a great conversation starter and ice-breaker. People tell me all kinds of stories about why they are selling their old jewelry; they don’t like or wear the yellow gold anymore, need some extra cash to pay a vet bill, saving up for a cruise, etc. I think our customers are pleasantly surprised about the experience they have when they come to a Goldarama expo or host their own party. We do our best to make sure our customers or informed about future jewelry purchases.
Jana joined Goldarama in early 2009, after learning that Goldarama displayed the utmost integrity of any company she had ever worked for in the past. She loved the concept of recycling gold as a way to preserve our planet’s resources and soon became a manager for Goldarama. She thrives on excellent customer service and loves developing good relationships with new customers as well as helping return customers by purchasing their gold. Jana loves to organize gold parties, both private and especially for non-profit organizations. Whether working at a gold expo or a gold party, Jana’s favorite part of working for Goldarama is when she hands that check over to the customer and their eyes light up with amazement that their unwanted gold brought them more money than they ever expected!
